Connecting Ukraine talent with European scale-ups

After seeing a lot of messages on LinkedIn of Ukrainians looking for jobs, we had to jump in! Lots of Ukrainians are displaced because of the war and don’t know where to look for jobs in Europe.
And with 900.000+ job vacancies in Europe for tech roles alone, and the employment rate at an all-time high, jobs are just waiting to be found.
Since connecting talent to scale-ups is one of our specialities, we figured there must be an easier way. So, to help Ukrainians in this difficult time, we've started an open source job board where Ukrainian talent can sign up and get matched with scale-ups all over Europe looking for talent.
How it works? Well, it’s super easy.
Ukrainian talent can sign up for the job board by providing us with their details, availability, desired role and location. Whereas, scale-ups looking for talent can sign up, and we will make sure they get access to the job board.
