50five is on a steep growth journey, after internationally expanding their product there was an urgent need for dedicated teams in The Netherlands, the UK and Belgium. A difficult task as they didn’t have any recruitment capabilities in-house, nor employer branding and career website in place.

To find fulfil the entire hiring roadmap of 50five, we set up a team of experienced talent business partners. We started with setting up solid communication lines with the stakeholders from the leadership team of 50five, to ensure the interview process was as efficient and quick as possible.


Quickly started sourcing and screening profiles for the first roles, set up the interviews and supported the closing phase. And continued this process throughout the entire 2-year partnership.
