Despite their clear ambition, Kraft Armor encountered challenges in marketing automation, content strategy, inbound/outbound lead generation, and sales processes. Recognising their growth potential, Kraft Armor strategically joined forces with RocketX. From a RevOps perspective, we set up their CRM system, defined the customer journey, and implemented a unified sales and marketing approach in HubSpot.
