As a spinoff from a large mobility provider, this scale-up was founded to develop new mobility solutions that go beyond traditional ways of transportation, with a focus on innovation and sustainability. The mobility platform makes hybrid work and flexible travel a whole lot easier. This allows employers to cut carbon emissions, improve employee vitality and lower expenses step by step.

The challenge

Setting up a solid team with limited in-house recruitment capacity

In the second half of 2022, the company needed to scale the company quickly to deliver on their commercial success. However, as the company grew, it faced challenges in attracting and hiring talent, mostly due to limited visibility as an employer. Besides that, they were lacking dedicated Talent Acquisition resources. This made fulfilling their hiring roadmap for a variety of roles and teams incredibly challenging. Hence, the search for an embedded partner, a search that led them to RocketX.

Our approach

Based on the hiring roadmap, we put together a dedicated Talent Acquisition team of multiple FTE. This team has been embedded within the internal organisation to prioritize and enhance our talent acquisition efforts.

As an integrated partner, we closely worked together with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide training on recruitment topics. We screened inbound candidates, sourced outbound candidates, to provide strong candidate funnels and ensured that only the most qualified candidates were brought forward for consideration.

Additionally, we boosted the employer brand, creating a compelling and attractive image of the company online that would resonate with potential candidates and make it easier to attract top talent.
