After raising series B it was time to prepare for their next financing round. Being active in such a niche market, it's not the easiest task. Especially since they were on the lookout for a strategic investor, an investor that knows a thing or two about the market they’re in.

Our approach
We kicked off with the discovery phase, a thorough analysis of the existing state of the company the business model, financials and industry to ultimately develop a solid fundraising strategy, equity story and pitch deck. Alongside, we identified potential investors based on the gathered data from our database with over 400,000 investors, optimize fundraising strategy, develop investor sourcing system inside existing CRM and set up the data room structure.
Followed by the execution of the fundraising strategy and coordination and facilitation of investor meetings and facilitate information sharing. Finally, we supported the negotiation of term sheets to structure, due diligence, to secure the most favourable deal.
