The challenge

Finding the time and capacity to start their new funding round

Their previous funding rounds gave OMRT the opportunity to develop their product to what it is today, making them ready to commercially scale their platform and expand to Germany and the UK. To make their market expansion a success, they were looking to raise Series A funding. Having raised funding before, OMRT was well aware of how time-consuming the fundraising process is. Time in which they would rather spend on building out their platform.

The journey started with a thorough analysis of the current state OMRT was in, taking a closer look at the pitch deck, financial model and overall equity story. Resulting eventually in an enhanced fundraising strategy, bulletproof equity story and a clear understanding of their ideal investor profile. We identified relevant investors and aligned all the different processes. And at the end, we also supported the negotiation phase to get to the different term sheets to secure the most favourable deal.
