How we enabled Speakap with embedded recruitment, resulting in 51 hires.

Speakap started when both of the founders were still working as shift managers in a Dutch grocery store. During their everyday duties, they noticed a communication gap between themselves, their cashiers and other frontline workers. Whether it was a recalled item, or help needed at a cash register. The communication would take place on walkie-talkies, or over the store intercom. With the rise of technology, the founders realized they could streamline frontline communications through one app. Thus, Speakap was born. Almost 10 years after the launch-date, Speakap now has offices in seven locations around the world, employing more than 60 people in Amsterdam alone.

The results

During this 2 year partnership, our multidisciplinary team was able to fulfil the entire hiring roadmap of Speakap. Resulting in more than 50 hires, with an average time to hire of only 7.4 weeks. This success meant that a renewed partnership was a no-brainer, designating us as preferred supplier.
