Long term talent acquisition partner

As one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in the Netherlands, Virtuagym was in a crucial period of their growth journey, in which they needed to fill a great amount of leadership positions, of which a CCO and CFO. However, they had no talent acquisition team in-house. So, with a wish-list of more than 20 leadership roles to hire, Virtuagym started looking for a long term partner, with a good understanding of the market.

Over a period of 10 months, our talent acquisition team managed to hire 24 key hires, of which a Chief Commercial Officer and a Chief Financial Officer. All within 6 weeks per role on average.
