The challenge
Setting up a solid marketing and sales strategy
After setting foot in the Netherlands, Incision was ready to expand internationally and increase their market share in existing markets. A goal that could only be reached with a solid marketing and sales strategy in place, consisting of strong branding and automated sales processes. However, their current didn’t have the capacity nor the capabilities to set up a solid strategic foundation.

Laying the foundation for the next step, creating a full marketing and sales plan, including a content strategy and customer journey. In order to ultimately build a brand-new website with seamless buyer flows for different audiences.
